Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026  ·  Applies to mbbsminds.com

By creating an account and accessing MBBSMINDS, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. What is MBBSMINDS

MBBSMINDS is an online educational platform that provides structured answer frameworks for previous-year university examination questions in MBBS subjects. Answers are generated with the assistance of AI and are intended as a supplementary study aid, not a replacement for standard textbooks, class notes, or faculty guidance.

2. Eligibility

MBBSMINDS is intended for MBBS students and medical educators in India. By creating an account, you confirm that you are using the platform for lawful educational purposes. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

3. Account Responsibility & No Credential Sharing

Each MBBSMINDS account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials — including your email address and password — with any other person is expressly prohibited. This includes sharing within friend groups, college batches, WhatsApp groups, or any other means.

Accounts found to be accessed by more than one individual will be suspended without notice or refund. We monitor for concurrent logins and unusual access patterns as part of our security policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@greatmoat.com.

4. Nature of Content

All answer content on MBBSMINDS is AI-assisted and is provided for educational reference only. It is not peer-reviewed medical literature and should not be relied upon as the sole source for examination preparation.

Content is structured based on common university examination patterns and is regularly reviewed for accuracy. However, AI systems can and do make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying important information with standard textbooks (such as Gray's Anatomy, Guyton & Hall, Harper's Biochemistry) and your university syllabus.

5. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own study. You may not:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute platform content to others
  • Screenshot or copy content at scale for redistribution
  • Sell, sublicence, or resell access to the platform
  • Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the platform

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated clearly before purchase. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you will be notified before any renewal and must actively opt in. Payment is processed by third-party providers. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on MBBSMINDS — including the question database, answer structures, and platform interface — is the intellectual property of MBBSMINDS and is protected by applicable copyright law. Previous-year question papers are reproduced for educational purposes. All rights reserved.

8. Modification of Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

MBBSMINDS is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to examination outcomes, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in misuse, or are used fraudulently, without prior notice and without refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
