Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By completing a purchase on MBBSMINDS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
All purchases on MBBSMINDS are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access to the platform is granted, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except as stated in Section 3 (Billing Errors).
This policy applies because access to our content is granted immediately upon payment — digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
We will review refund requests in the event of a genuine technical billing error — for example, being charged twice for the same subscription, or being charged after a cancelled account.
Billing error claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.
To report a billing error, email support@greatmoat.com with your registered email address and a description of the issue. Include transaction reference numbers where available. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
MBBSMINDS subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a notification before your access period expires and must actively choose to renew. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.
If a free tier or trial is available, it is provided without any payment obligation. No refund request is applicable for free access.
